Overview

Programming at the Historic Capitol focuses on the importance of Civic Education and Historic Preservation through the use of fun and educational materials aimed at learners of all ages. A scavenger hunt sends visitors searching through the building to identify items and answer questions. A mock legislative session allows participants to debate and vote on issues important to Floridians. Our exciting temporary exhibits illuminate a variety of topics. All programs are free and should be allotted a minimum of one hour for participation. There is a cap of 60 participants for these special programs.
